Re: A ferry is back in port in Wales after its passengers and crew spent the night stranded in the Irish Sea.
The Stena Line ferry between Rosslare and Fishguard in Pembrokeshire was unable to dock on Monday with 87 passengers and 59 crew stuck onboard.
It was forced to sail to sheltered waters off the Llyn Peninsula in north Wales overnight and eventually docked nearly 24 hours later than planned.
It follows flooding across Wales in the wake of Storm Angus.
Diane Poole from the ferry operator said passengers had been in "really good spirits" despite their night at sea.
"The ship was well sheltered, they had a comfortable evening and they were well looked after, and they are in very good form this morning," she said.
