Pat Stewart was a teenage dancer when she and a pal were persuaded to pose for a picture on Blackpool seafront.
As the camera clicked a gust of wind lifted her skirt to give just a glimpse of forbidden flesh.
Pat became known as the girl in the spotty dress and it helped kick-off her showbusiness career.
