Re: Three year old Ianto Jenkins has died after an incident at a farm near Efailwen, west Wales, UK.
Emergency services were called to the property in Carmarthenshire at about 7pm on Tuesday (03 August 2021) after reports a child had been hit by a farm vehicle.
Dyfed-Powys Police confirmed the boy had died at the scene and an investigation had been launched into how it happened.
