Re: A man who allegedly assaulted a Swansea photographer has appeared before Teesside Magistrates Court.
Dimitris Legakis was in Middlesbrough preparing to take pictures of Swansea City’s Premier League match there, when he was attacked by Daniel Skelton.
Skelton, 28, of Redcar, is facing multiple charges - including two which are racially or religiously aggravated.

Re: A man who allegedly assaulted a Swansea photographer has appeared before Teesside Magistrates Court.
Dimitris Legakis was in Middlesbrough preparing to take pictures of Swansea City’s Premier League match there, when he was attacked by Daniel Skelton.
Skelton, 28, of Redcar, is facing multiple charges - including two which are racially or religiously aggravated.
The incident took place on December 16 in the town’s Southfield Road.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction and the matter will be dealt with at Middlesbrough Crown Court.
