One operator hung up on Iain’s frantic wife Janice and a second operator “miscategorised” the call, the inquest was told.
By the time Iain arrived in hospital he was in cardiac arrest and it was too late.

Energy engineer Iain, from Portsmouth, was at a family gathering in Cardiff when he suffered a fatal heart attack after the couple returned to their room at 10pm on November 17 last year. « less
