Re: Amy (NOT HER REAL NAME) who lost two babies to adoption, after voluntarily allowing the local authority to look after them - temporarily, so she thought, under something called Section 20 - while she sorted out housing and mental health issues. They were then put on a plan for adoption, and both were in the end adopted.
