Re: An 82-year-old man has been jailed for eight years for abusing girls aged under 14 while he was volunteering at a Sunday school.
Collin Evans, from Ebbw Vale, committed the assaults in the late 1990s, the Crown Prosecution Service confirmed, while he was in an “abuse of a position of trust”.

Collin Evans, from Ebbw Vale, committed the assaults in the late 1990s, the Crown Prosecution Service confirmed, while he was in an “abuse of a position of trust”.
Evans was convicted of 21 counts of sexual assault and appeared at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court to be sentenced on April 21.
The assaults were committed in a number of different locations.
