Re: Jordan Davidson who murdered Nicholas Churton, a disabled former restaurant owner with a hammer and machete has been jailed to at least 23 years.
Churton, 67, was found dead at his flat in Wrexham, north Wales, with major head injuries on 27th of March.
Davidson, 26, also of Wrexham, was jailed for life at Mold Crown Court after admitting the killing.
A police watchdog is investigating North Wales Police's contact with Mr Churton...
