The four men who are subject of the rescue operation have been named as Phillip Hill, aged 45, from Neath, Charles Bresnan, aged 62, from the Swansea Valley, David Powell, aged 50, from the Swansea Valley, and Garry Jenkins, aged 39, from the Swansea Valley.
