Re: Inquest to be held in Milford Haven Coroner's Court, into the death of four-year-old Darcy-May Elm who was killed in a two-car crash on the A40, west of Carmarthen, Wales on the 27th of October 2018.
Dyfed-Powys Police had to shut the road for seven hours to investigate the crash, which involved a blue Nissan Micra and a black Skoda Fabia.
